Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of FantasyFencing. To exercise your rights or ask about privacy, write to hello@fantafencing.it.

2. Data we collect

The FantasyFencing website and app may process:

• Account data: name, email and authentication data via Google or Sign in with Apple.
• Gameplay data: predictions, lineups, competition and league entries, and a league image if you upload one.
• Technical data strictly needed to run the service, hosted on Supabase. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track your activity across other apps or websites.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is used to create the account and to run predictions, standings and leagues, and to meet legal duties. The legal basis is the service you request, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and, where required, consent.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while the account is active and as required by law. In the app, under Settings, you can delete the account: profile, predictions, lineups, entries and leagues you created are removed. You can ask for the same by writing to hello@fantafencing.it.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR, where it applies, you can:

• access your personal data;
• have it corrected or deleted;
• restrict or object to processing;
• request portability where technically possible;
• lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.

6. Security and children

We use appropriate technical measures to protect data. The service is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top is the latest revision. Continuing to use the service after a change means you have seen the updated version.
